At RoyalKeyNet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging.
- The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. To help process the claim, you may need to provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
8. Gift Returns
If you received a gift from RoyalKeyNet and would like to return it, we can offer an exchange for store credit or a different item, as long as the return meets the eligibility requirements. Please contact us for assistance.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned through our return process.
